Privacy

Last updated 30 October 2026. This notice covers the Build Your Own Wedding quote, lead, event, and feedback stores.

Information we collect

  • Wedding quote details: the names and wedding choices you enter, calculated estimates, venue/tenant, contact details you choose to save, timestamps, and quote version history.
  • Lead details: email address, optional phone number and country, your message, marketing and privacy consent records, email delivery status, and delivery errors.
  • Attribution and security details: UTM parameters, referrer, landing URL, session ID, and a one-way IP hash. Raw IP addresses are not stored by the quote store.
  • Product events: event name, timestamp, optional venue, quote and session identifiers, and event properties.
  • Feedback: rating, category, message, optional email address, and the page on which feedback was submitted.

How we use it

  • To create, retrieve, and version your wedding estimate and private edit links.
  • To send your brief to the wedding team, send requested emails, diagnose delivery failures, and respond to enquiries.
  • To understand product usage, prevent abuse, and improve the service. Marketing contact is only permitted where you have opted in.

Retention and deletion

  • Quote versions have individual expiry dates based on the venue's configured retention period. Editing creates a new version rather than deleting the previous version; expired quotes are not publicly readable.
  • Lead, event, and feedback records are retained until the operator deletes them or they are no longer required for the purposes above. No automatic deletion is implied for those records.
  • You may request access, correction, or deletion using the contact below. Lead deletion removes all lead records matching the verified email address; ask the operator about any related quote, event, or feedback records.

Demo and pricing safety

  • Demonstrations use illustrative venues and sample pricing. Estimates are not fixed quotes, availability confirmations, or contracts.
  • Do not enter real personal, sensitive, or payment information into a demo. Use synthetic test details only. This application does not collect payment card details.
  • Keep private edit links secret. Read-only share links and edit links are separate capabilities; anyone with a link may be able to use it.
